Civ V and XCOM RU copies and You

It appears steam has now set both Civ V and XCOM to region locked. Just letting everyone know this so you can save yourself some hassle down the road. If you are going to give away either game, please do us a favor and list the region of it in the give a way description.

Hmm didn't show up for me and I even looked. Damn this is awkward now.

Edit: I see it now. Problem with that one is it gives you no context as to what it's about.
