Keep in mind that, even if there are tons of reports, mods' time is limited.
I have to admit I have not read most of the topics you refering to, but the problem with parody is always how many people are pissed by it. Depending on the topic of the parody one might annoy or hurt people. If a certain threshold of complaints is reached the decission is between allowing a free exchange of opinions (call it free speech or whatever) and keeping the peace for the majority. This is a thin line online and offline.
I am not sure if a new thread is the best way to go. Have you tried to talk directly to the mods by creating an "other" ticket?

That screenshot shows four recent discussions, of which only one is a parody of other discussions. The other ones, whether you like the content or not, are not parodying anything (one started off with a dubious title, but was quickly changed).

The original "I want Equality"-post was a shitpost. So people (Including me) opened up semi-satirical topics. Mine was actually closed recently without a reason.

It's gotten pretty weird on SG lately. I've opened up pretty similar threads over 3 years ago, back when I joined this community, but the reaction has been pretty airy back then.
