So, guys.. what did you think of it? I watched only half the movie, didn't understand it and wanted to go to bed. Should I watch the other half or it's not worth my time?

I almost cry of laughing the first part of the movie, i was shocked when ---SPOILERS!--- Hartman was killed and the fatty suicide himself ---SPOILERS!--- but i saw that one coming. The second part of the movie was a great Vietnam war.. in terms of reality.

that thousand-yard stare was both scary and thought-provoking. I enjoy it more than Platoon mostly for the whole drama/tension at the boot camp
