No Force Sync button

I don't see the force sync button anymore on the sync page. It's saying switch my steam profile to public. Which I already did, and I triple checked today... Any thoughts?

Have to switch your gift library to public as well then the force sync will show up.

It's an odd bug, just reload the page. Sometimes you will get the error after pressing "sync" as well, same deal - just retry.

Ok, so I refreshed and it worked. I found the button and I clicked it. But! It's still saying last updated 5 days ago...

Go to steam profile, set to private, then re-set to public. Try reload the sync page. Worked for me.
