how to talk with somebody in SG

one of my giveaways ended two days ago, but winner hadn't feedback yet. i need this giveaway to level up, so how can i talk to the winner? (i try to add him on steam, but it's looks like he refused me)

The common way is to go to his profile and find a giveaway he has created, and commenting on it. There's no private way to do it, so be sure to follow all rules of the site - including the fact that he has seven days to activate the game.

sometimes you can leave a comment on ones steam profile, or if not, can try in a screenshot or some random recent content of theirs...

(also, puzzles category is not used in that way on SG ^^)

I get that, and that is something I'd like to see implemented as an option on this site, but by revealing the winner's name you are inviting someone to impersonate him and scam you out of a game.

reply to him in one of his giveaways.
find a comment by that guy and reply (this is stalker level).

if not, wait 7 days and send a ticket to support, request received feedback.
