When you go on your profile, you can see you games given. Place you mouse over it and you'll see that these are no values game (as said by LeOFr)
If games were given away on different sites, they don't count towrad your next level).
When creating a giveaway, verify if there is one or two *
If there is one it means reduced CV (it will count, but not total value)
If there are two, it means it won't count.

One or two stars next to the name of the game when you're finding the game to give away. Games that have never been bundled won't have any. Games that have been bundled will have one star. Games that were free at one point have 2 stars. These stars indicate how much value they will contribute to your CV.

Easy puzzle to solve. For your next giveaways, I suggest you to use this tool: OSS (Ouinx2's SpreadSheet) Tool to plan giveaways on Steamgifts

i suggest buy a cheap game but a good game instead of shit indie games that no one wants but just for collection and farm cards, then you will be a real giveaway guy and not a trash guy that just want to farm level in this web to enter in highter level giveaways.

beautiful words for hide the true actions of the 90% of people here, But the fact it's that only the 1% of the users make real giveaways whit the true intention of make a giveaway and not for level up the rank in this web.
yeah it's normal giveaway the games that one don't want that's totally true. But that it's the same as... buuu i'm going to give the trash i don't want full of shitty indie games for win more level in my steamgift profile, it's so beautifull say "But also one man's trash is another man's treasure..or woman even :)" but the true isn't that or tell me please some of that shitty bundle games that cost 1$-5$ that people actually WANT them at same level of a triple AAA game that can cost 20$-60$ and obviously that we saw here in a giveaway and the winner actually played the game.
let me ask one thing: how many of that type of users gived away games directly whitout make a giveaway for win profile points??
oh and before you say something i do it before i make post for giveaway games whitout think in win points because i gived to them directly and they wans't bundle games because i buyed from steam store.

i don't see the free-games-giveaways-lovers helping much here, as usual. yup, useless as usual
all your games are marked with 2 asterisks in the giveaway creation page.
** = no cv
* = reduced cv (15%)

i had created several giveaways and the winners had fed back for the giveaways, but i'm still lv.0. I got the steam key from other websites for free or the humble, but the games are not for free.
