Can't you do that account recovery thing in future if you know some of the keys activated on the account? I don't need this, but that would worry me if I did.

Wait 'til the account(s) have more games on them, maybe with nice inventories, claim it as stolen, recover the account and profit? Not saying you're going do that OP, but the fact it's possible would put me off. Also, if that were to happen Valve might end up punishing that person's main account too, not sure.
