The original winner has plenty of expensive games, my winner must truly need it, so i wanted a new winner, it still has not told me the new one.

Tough, the rules don't allow you to make that decision.

This site has only one choice for picking users. Random selection. It doesn't care for your unapproved rules. You can either give them the game, or have a mark against you for not following site rules.

If you want to do something like this in future, make a Private giveaway, contact support with a request to use the rules you want, and when confirmed as allowed, post the link in the forums.

That is the only way to use special rules in your giveaways.

this I've had to games to people who were complete A-hols. . . my first giveaway was to someone who had over 2K games. . . he won so he got it fair and square. . . that's what is nice about the random draw, we are all equal. only way to say otherwise is to have a rule in giveaway post. Like must say thanks or something like that ( though I don't know the validness of that).

TC, when doing a public giveaway, you can not have any special rules, so you are either required to give the winner their prize, or get a 'Not Received' on your profile.
