In Lollipop Chainsaw there is a achievement to look up Juliet's skirt using the games camera. She tries to cover it up with her hand but if you position the camera correctly you get the achievement.

Dungeons of Dredmor has great achievements. Say, crashing the game, maxing a skill three that isn't in the game anymore, dying in almost every possible way including some ways that would require extreme luck, etc, etc.
