You could try posting an ad on Steamtrades. I've seen people sell those on there before for Paypal or TF2 keys. Im never looking for that kinda stuff so Im only going off of what Ive noticed. It could be worth a try.

Maybe you could take a look on the website of DLCompare, I think it's about 42 dollars for 12 months. The website G2A has also those cards for less than 40 dollars.

You can always search your local craigslist and see if someone sells one for cheap, i usually get 12 months for 30 bucks. just be careful that the back of the card is not scratched. ive never had a problem purchasing them from a person on there
