They're not that "amazing" because I've had a ticket open for over 2 months now for a person using multiple accounts and sending games he wins to his main account which is against rules. Nothing has been done to him and the ticket remains unanswered.

You don't need to be a dick about it. If you read the ticket that Loko attached then you would know why, not sure what that has to do with anything this thread is trying to address.
I'm not sure what point you're trying to prove by bringing that up. I simply said support is not that amazing which is the truth, I never said anything bad about you guys and I didn't talk any shit about you guys because I know you're doing what you can to help. But I still wouldn't call it "amazing".

I believe it's pretty amazing the rate at which they're going through all those tickets. Just because yours was not answered yet doesn't mean they do do an incredible job.
I don't see how Raiden noticing that you won Portal twice (yet still have none on your account) is being a dick, especially considering your overall attitude toward the mods.

Everyone has their own opinion. Considering the lack of support in the past two months, I would complain about it too. If his ticket wasn't answered, he has a right to complain about it, even if we're doing the best we can.
Generally speaking, don't gang up on the user just because he has a different opinion. If he thinks the support is not doing an amazing job, then support is not doing an amazing job. Pure and simple.

Why do I have an attitude toward the mod? I have an attitude because hes got the balls to bring something up that is completely irreverent, something that gets brought up every fucking day no matter what I post and no matter what the thread is. I get reported by people all the fucking time and have been banned several times because people are butthurt.
Iv'e explained what happened to Loko and he understood the situation and that's why I'm still here. It's not my fault the items were removed from my inventory but it seems people just want to bring it up to throw dirt in my face just because. So yeah, if he wants to be a dick and bring the same shit up that's been brought up a million time already I am going to have an attitude because it's done out of spite for saying they're not "amazing" and proves no valid point.
But I guess this is just the typical response I should have expected, I state the truth and then get attacked by every damn person on the site. Nothing new here!
I guess we all have a different definition of "amazing". I like to think the support team is doing a GOOD job but I still wouldn't call it AMAZING. In the real world people can always make improvements and do a better job which means nobody is amazing. This apparently has offended a lot of people and they now feel compelled to attack me but I guess that shows that some are not living in the real world and they think talking shit to me is going to make things better and make me look stupid.

I actually agree with you with everything you said. And remember that most of the people here are from reddit and those are known for lack of ability to think for themselves, instead they just go along with the hivemind. Bringing up your second win of Portal 2 was just a defensive mechanism in absence of making a constructive point

I suppose I should clarify. It is fun, but it is mediochre as hell and, frankly, might as well be a tech demo, because the plot is absolute bullshit. The animations for special kills also get incredibly repetitive, very quickly, as does the occasionally bullshit platforming.

Wow, I guess this is the easiest way to find out who's in support now, I knew Jade and Raiden were there, but I never noticed who the new additions were. A big thanks to Jade, Raiden, Rinarin, Mike, and Cross for the great job with the tickets, and congrats on the progress. Keep up the good work and just know that I fully support the support :D

Because they are AMAZING! I believe that they've gone through over half of the 4000+ tickets they got the ability to see...half a week ago? A week ago? Something like that. They are gods for dealing with all of that. Also SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE THAT ABUSE THE URGENT FEATURE!
Anyway, the point of this is that when they finish clearing out support, I suspect in the next few days, I make a private giveaway and post it here for a game of their choosing :D
So I hope they all see this topic and post what they want. (please not one of those developer packs that's over $100 :P)
