I created a giveaway, now is over for many hours. I've added the winner to my friends but the first time has deleted the friend request and the second time him block me (now I get a error if I try to add it).
What is better to do? Write him an email letting him know how stupid is it or wait for the Reroll?

Wait 7 days and request a reroll. I think trying to send him the game by email would be risky if he just blocks normal ppl on Steam, is he dosn't want his win, is his problem.

Send an email, explaining that you have sent them two different friend requests because they won your giveaway on SteamGifts, and if they want their win, they need to unblock and send a friend request to your account (include a link, just in case).

If you get no response within the week, ask for a reroll, include a screencap of the email to make things go faster.

Wait, did you delete the first friend request? It's Steam that is blocking your subsequent friend requests if so. The person on the other end won't even know. You have to wait a day for Steam's auto-block to go away.

The winner did, he probably ignored the friend request.

I send a request and him just delete it (you can see in your firneds list, in pending request)
Then i send it again and him delete it again
So... i send for the 3° time, but Steam say me that a error occured... (mean block no?!)

Anyway.. now the guy ""wake up"" and send my a request... facepalm

Can't you just send him the gift through e-mail? That way he doesn't need to accept your friend request.
