Hi, i'm board name me some fun and interesting Yuotube channels to watch. I'm dad.

Very surprising how penguinz0 can fit a majority of these categories yet fail as a recommendation so horribly.

How about Phil Jamesson, he's got some nice short comedy sketches.
I used to watch Misty Chronexia as well before getting into anime for some show suggestions.
For video game lore comedy(?) I watch the Unraveled - Polygon series while it lasted, at the very least for background noise.
Finally JunsKitchen is great if you like cooking and adorable cats.
All fairly popular channels but hoped to help start off your findings. Best of luck to ya towards finding something nice!

Hello board, I'm chalk, I've chess cousins and I can name some YT I've watched about hardware, such Hardware unboxed, hardware canucks, there's Linus ones you probably know.
Comedy? idk, Look up for the merc with a mouth aka Ryan Reynolds sometimes featuring our beloved Wolverine I mean Hugh Jackman.

Overly Sarcastic Productions - Red summarizes stories from mythology or literature, and she also does analyses of popular story tropes; Blue is a historian who summarizes...well, history. Sometimes they stream games together. And they're hilarious.

Jack Rackam - Another history channel, also really funny. Focuses mostly on individual people and how their lives shaped the course of history.

Tom Scott - Best described as "things you might not know", which is incidentally what one of his series is called, lol. Short videos talking about how stuff works, interesting things, cool places in the world (both natural and manmade), etc. He travels to those places so you get to see exactly what he's talking about and hear locals talking about them. He's very much about the why behind things.
