Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition Complete 10,99€, but separately 8,48€ WTF again Steam?

4-pack is more expensive than 4x single game.

It was a bit silly seeing that the base game and the DLC bundle purchased separately was a little less than the Complete pack. (With US pricing, the Complete pack at full price is $2 more than the base game plus the All-In costume pack.)

On the other hand, I still have to give it credit for being one of the few, if not only, games I've ever seen that actually sells the DLC on its own in a reduced price bundle. Most games with a lot of DLC effectively punish people for buying the base game, and there is no reason at all to buy the base game later, not when a Complete version can cost less than the DLC alone.

I bet when they dropped SSFIVAE from $40 to $30, they forgot to lower the price for the complete pack, resulting in a higher price than everything combined

Haha, I was just in the process of buying this:

£7.49 for the complete pack, or £6.48 for the game and the "All DLC" pack. Silly Steam.

Not quite that drastic in US, but still off a little.

Base Game (7.49) + Costume Pack (3.74) = 11.23
Complete Edition = 11.99

Maybe some people want to pay 76¢ for the benefit of not having to add 2 things to their shopping cart.

I remember the times when I wanted to win this one

I had that game for ps3. I don't even know why I bought it then, but I'm sure I wouldn't buy it again now (yesterday). It's hard as hell, with some super human timings xD

I'll wait for mortal kombat :P
