Got scammed by a guy with a ton of rep (GA inside)

Hello!
So literally a moment ago I got scammed by a guy who seemed to be quite thrustworthy as he had over 300+ rep on steamtrades and not a single negative feedback, I gave him the game but his steam wallet code never arrived I waited for it untill I noticed that he had me blocked from any communication.
I know that it is dumb for me to trust somebody and all that stuff. If I remember correctly then I am not allowed to call himt out directly, but I would like to know some help as to what should I do now to somehow punish his actions as I highly doubt that I am going to retreive my game.
