I also got a few bugs when I recently reloaded the game onto my Windows 7 laptop to play some multiplayer. But it was still playable, so I didn't bother looking to see if there were any fixes.
What do you expect from a game that was designed for Vista and GFWL.

Hey guys! I got HALO 2 and it runs fine on VISTA but when I launch it on my WIN8.1 laptop, its got these weird flickering graphics, like triangles on the buildings and they flash. I would like some help with this.
