Whitelist giveaway entries

You read correctly, sir/madame.

Yes, you need 5 entries for CV. You'll probably make it but can always delete a giveaway before it ends with having to contact support. You will lose a giveaway slot though.

It's in the FAQ (Contributor Value and Levels):

If a giveaway is invite only, region restricted, or limited to a whitelist or Steam group, it will only add contributor value if it receives 5 or more entries. This is in place to prevent small groups of friends from attempting to cheat the contributor system, and to encourage users to expand the reach of their giveaways. The whitelist feature offers an easy way to target a larger audience, and you can combine it with small Steam groups to receive a greater number of giveaway entries if needed.

Edit: Looking at previous entries of Oriental Express in BAG though it has not been very popular in that group, so you may not get 5 entries in this case. It may depend on how large your whitelist is.

Yep, you need 5 entries minimum to get CV.
And also only as long as the game wasn't given away for free at some point in time.
