Can't create a giveaway.

The maximum number of giveaways based on your current feedback score has been reached. Once your current giveaways come to a close, and gifts are received, you'll be able to post additional gifts.

The odd thing is that I don't have any giveaways active and have 100% received.

deleted giveaways count towards the number of giveaways you can make and you have 4 deleted ones.
go talk to support about this
