You used to be able to create giveaways for Minecraft (and also Battlefield 3, if my memory serves).

You can use other type of give GA in the forum like
Make your own GA in the forum and let people enter and whoever wins gets the game
You can also drop keys in the forum but i think it is better to use a puzzle or random.org it just seems imo to give everyone a fair chance before a ninja takes it.
You can also give them to friends or trade them for a game you might want or join a steam group and give it away that way.

The only GA site I know of that accepts GA's for Humble Origin Bundle keys is Galagiveaways.
