How long can giveaways be?

I'm leaving for basic training at the end of the month followed by advanced training right after, and I was wondering if I could make a giveaway that would end right after I get back. It would last a little over 6 months if I start it the day before I leave haha.

A 6 month giveaway would be pretty epic though. Imagine giving away some AAA title and coming back to like 15,000+ entries or something.

You can easily get that in a month if you make a giveaway for a AAA title.
