Private group 1/2+4 LVL=100 members.
Here it‘s a all rules:

Follow Rules of Steamgifts.com
Your Steamgifts profile must be lvl 4+
Your sent/won ratio should be 1/2+
All new members need to make a giveaway within 72 hours of joining into a group
No region restricted giveaways
Always keep sent/won ratio min 1/2 inside this group
On the 1st and 3rd week of each month will be announcement about kicked members and a new list of members who have too low ratio (1:2). These members will have 2 weeks to fix it.

No, its not true. The ratio is to give 1 game for 2 won game, so ratio should be 0.5. Personally, i increased my own ratio from 0.5 to 0.77 during last 2 week and my aim is to have above 1.0 ratio.

I haven't been in a hurry to reach Level 3 ( 58.20% to Level 4 ) but I intend to get there in the next couple months. Probably not quite 'soon' though.

4.47 given for every one won.
