How long does it take for a new game to be added?

Hi guys,

Does someone know how long does it takes for a game to be added?
2 months ago I requested to add HexLands to the list, my upcoming roguelike city builder.
On the ticket I asked twice already because I was wondering what is that the mods don't like about my game.

But so far, radio silence. :\
Does anyone know what should I do in this case?

In my experience game appears on the list within a day or two after the release. If you want to do a giveaway before the game releases, then (I think) a support ticket is your only option.

Yep, that's what I did but no response for 2 month sadly :(
But it seems that I should have written this post earlier because now a moderator resolved my case.
