It's in the order: left to right and top to bottom. Though I admit that for at least two letters, I had an hard time to determine which one should be before the other.

For testing, i took a screenshot, painted circles around the letters and then i could clearly see the correct order.

after googling (just to be sure) i found that you read them from top right to bottom right to top left to bottom left.(?) ... but that is definitely not the correct way here.

I noticed an odd number too. Even with my mistake in puzzle 2 there are more players in the next puzzle. As long as this number won't grow I think I will do nothing. What would you do in my situation?

A possible reason: One of the solvers used a two browsers/devices to access the puzzle. Since each browser is increasing the player count, afaik.

I am really mad right now -.- In puzzle 6 are 3 solvers besides me and 6 other players in puzzle 7. I don't know if I just should blacklist the three just instantly oO or the ones that solve puzzle 7 in the next time. I invested so much time creating all this stuff. Ok, I found those 8 letters/digits. And I'm absolutely sure that I found the good ones. Let's say I found a way to check that. And now I need some clarification:
- there are only 26 latin letters and 10 digits possible, right? So if one or two letters looks like they have diacritics, I should ommit them?
- Let's say there are two symbols: 'A' on the left side and 'B' on the right side. 'B' is slightly higher, like few pixels. Proper order should be 'AB' (so left first) or 'BA' (so higher first)?

First point: Correct.
Second point: AB would be correct. But if B is a lot higher, B has to go first. Imagine (or draw with e.g. Paint) bubbles around the Pokemon with letters. Then it should be clear, which letter/number comes first, second and so on.

Actually It's still not clear. I've got two versions: one has ovals around those 8 Pokemons, second has erased every other Pokemons. Both lead me to the same order, which is aparently wrong. I've tried this order with every single combinations of unclear symbols (as two symbols can be or letter or digit and I'm not sure about which letter is another symbol). I've also tried some other orders, and still nothing.
To be sure: I should enter http://www.itstoohard.com/puzzle/abcdefgh, where abcdefgh are symbols from picture, right? If I found solution, there should be some quiz, if my solution is wrong, I'll get It's Too Hard page with no quiz and no message.

For me, there are just two symbols which may not be clearly the correct ones. But even then the "possible" combinations are just a few.

I'm absolutely sure that those are correct ones. There is no place for mistake as I found a way to prove that for myself.
For me: there are 5 symbols that are clear. For the another 3:
1 looks like a digit, but can be also letter
1 looks like a digit with diacritic. Also can be letter, or even another letter if diacritic would be in another place
1 is almost clear and it should be a letter, but it can be situation like with digit 1 - it's written in different ways in USa and Europe. So this letter can be another one for me, but I would be really surprised if that would be the case.
That makes 12 combinations for me (3 times 2 times 2).
I've checked all of them assuming I know the order. None worked. That should mean order is wrong, do I checked another 24 combinations for orders I could also found right. None worked.
Seriously, I don't know what else I could did wrong.

Ok, So I found the correct answer after update. And yes, there was a slightly different way of writing one of the letter as I thought. But it was the case for the letter I was sure... Anyway: solved.

This time my best friend Kju and I made some giveaways for you and together we created puzzles for each one. It is a puzzle train :-) The train contains 8 puzzles and giveaways – bundled and non-bundled games.
To reach the first puzzle you have to find the letters for the ITH link in this picture. The letters are ordered like occidental comic book speech bubbles ^^.
