Winners are rulebreakers, do I ask for reroll?

I decided to check my winners with sgtools for unactivated and multiple wins. Two of them have both, multiple and unactivated wins but from over a year ago. Should I ask for a reroll? I am unsure since theres only a "Did not activate previous wins this month" option to select as reason.

You might try. If they got suspended for that already then you are out of luck..if they somehow dodged the punishment then you can ask for reroll and they will get punished. Probably.

Well I don't wanna bother support if it's not necessary, but at the same time I'd like people to follow the rules.

SG support themselves say to always make a ticket when winners have unactivated and multiple wins because there's no way of knowing if they already served punishment. ;-)
