Let me start off by saying this entire situation is 100000% my own fault. I blame nobody other than myself and feel like an absolute piece of shit for having caused what I caused.

So about a month and a half ago I made a very long train with 200+ giveaways. Then two weeks later I made another one with 150+ giveaways. I usually bulk buy my keys from tremorgames($40 can get you 250+ steam keys). But I almost always make the giveaways before having the keys(never hurt me in the past so never thought this would happen.) So about two weeks go by in the first train and I notice that you can no longer buy tremor coins through paypal. Nor have you ever been able to use a credit card. Apparently they had problems with their paypal account but still to this day have yet to fix it. Their only form of payment they accept is bitcoin(which also doesn't work). So two weeks went by, I'm thinking I'll get the keys in time no problem. Two more weeks and the first train ends. Feel like an idiot at this point because 250+ giveaways just ended and I have no keys yet. Two more weeks go by and my second train ends, still no keys. Now we're at like a month and a half and the "mark as not received" are pouring in. I've told dozens of people to continue being patient as I will get their keys somehow, eventually.

Again, my own fault for even risking this situation to happen. I can't apologize enough to the 381 people who still don't have their keys.

If there is any positive in this mess, it's that I can now only make 5 giveaways at a time and I have learned a huge lesson.

I'm requesting for everyone to add me to their blacklist. It's the least amount of punishment I can give myself.

I still don't get it. What make you think that creating the giveaways beforehand and pretending like the keys are an instantly accessible and unlimited resource was a good idea?

I mean, I appreciate anyone who gives stuff away, and I'm not a Giveaway Hero, but it never occurred to me to ever create a giveaway for something I hadn't already purchased.

I'm not angry and surely will not BL you, despite winning 10 GAs in total in your trains, like I said to you in PM I simply marked because these were already past my 1st Won page so I would not be able to keep checking them, no hard feelings associated, if anything I feel sorry for you - I had my opwn problems with tremor but on smaller scale - few duplicate games, they having over month-long lag before delivering me gift cards I ordered etc. Another thing is that you should really not make GAs for stuff you are "going to buy" and haven't bought yet. Even if it's running bundle for example - they may run out of keys. You can also try top get these keys from other sources - I once had GA creator delivering win over half year later, and I changed the GA marking - but ofc it's up to you. One way or the other good luck if you decide to fix this situation, as it's not going to be an easy task. And hopefully Support will not decide to interpret these as fake GAs ;p cause with 381 GAs you'd be looking for 1905 days suspension - aka over 5 years ;p You would have broken yet another record - longest non-permament suspension on SG ;p

that's what GA slots are for, and because of this fuckup he already lost 381 GA slots and is left with only 5 slots. It's SG mechanism - SG has no other mechanisms - so it does not have any mechanism to enforce what you are suggesting - it is impossible to ban someone from creating GAs. You can either get fully suspended from everything or nothing be done at all.

Course better would not allow a person to ENTER any give aways until they cleared everything. that's more of a direct punishment, more likely to be felt.
Not allowing someone to give only creates yet one more leecher.

I'm not talking specific to this case, but rather pretty much ALL of them. If you have an issue, you fix it. Haven't fixed it? NP... Enjoy your stay, but you can't enter anything at all. That gives the person their own selfish reason to repair any issue. But yea.. Personal responsibility. Not real popular these days.

Actually there is someone out there with 890 non received and another 102 awaiting feedback, so that guy would win with the amazing amount of at least 4450 days/12 years.

if we are talking bout the same person (person who made massive TorchCave 2 GA while sending TorchCave 1 keys) then not really. Suspension is 5 days per Fake GA - he did get most of his "not received" from a single multicopy GA, but it was 1 GA, so he would probably get 5 days suspension for it, while here we have 281 separate GAs ;p

No, not the same person. This one got them across 17 different multicopy GAs for not delivering any keys at all. What doesn't make sense to me is why would it make a difference if it is multi copy or not. In the end of the day it is still the same amount of people who didn't get what they won.

That said I do hope OP finds a solution for this mess and doesn't get suspended for 5 years.

but single GA gives less exposure and also makes people waste less points. Let's say hypothethically I intend to promote my shitty scam group with 5 GAs of the same 60p game. If I make a single 5 copy GA running for 3 days I will promote my group in one GA for 3 days and people will waste 60P on it. At the other hand I could make 3 days 1 copy GA, then after 3 days make another and so on. I would be promotimg my group in 5 separate GAs gaining exposure for 15 days intead of 3 and people will waste 300P entering intead of 60.

That being said I also hope breadman finds a solution ;) I do not him anything bad - we've been in many groups together, I won stuff from him, he won stuff from me, I have no ill intentions towards him Problem here is how support gonna interpret this case. In order for you to get suspended you don't only need to not deliver - it should be intentional. If you traded for duplicate code it is not intended for example and you will not get suspended for that. And here we have quite uncommon situation. On one hand breadman didn't have any bad intentions - I think this is obvious. GAs were not intentionally fake, but on the other hand he created GAs for the stuff he was aware at that moment he didn't have - so other way to interpret it could be that he knew he didn't have the games yet he created GAs anyway.

Fair enough, I didn't even think about points at all.

Yea, I don't anyone would expose themselves like this on the forum if they did not intend to ever deliver on the giveaways. I can only hope for the sake of OP, that support is understanding (if they ever even come to investigating this). I think what everyone can take from this situation is not to make giveaways for stuff you don't own yet as it is a really really bad idea.

like I said - I really hope it won't come to that ;p but you pretty much screwed yourself by admiting you made GAs for things you were aware you don't own ;p If you bought a bulk and it would end up being invalid/dupe it would be different story ;)

But there wass already good suggestion added here - you can bulk-buy CS:GO keys with paypal or anything else tremor accepts and exchange these for coins. Unless you want to scavenge for games one by one on trading websites etc ;)

It's a bad situation. I would usually say "well, you fucked up, you have to live with it now", but if I was in a situation like this, I'd feel awful.

I mean, I can't forgive you for anything more than my own giveaway, but consider that to be forgiven. Feel free to delete my giveaway if you want.

Just learn from your mistakes, that's the best we can do :)
You still stay on my whitelist, no matter how much you beg.

You made a mistake yeah but luckily it's just internet and games. In real life, in business for example, these kind of mistakes could breed devastating outcomes. So it's an opportunity to learn.

I have no problem with you deleting the giveaway I won, but it's ultimately your call how you want to deal with it.

As for punishment, I imagine the guilt you're feeling is more than enough.

What can happen too on Tremorgames, is they make mistakes and they keep a batch of certain game in, when they are all duplicate keys, happened to me a few times and they don't have new ones.

I am actually whitelisting you because you admit it and you didn't do this on purpose, and you got a good ratio nonetheless.

I'm sorry to hear that and I hope that things will fall in place for you. That's why (speaking for myself) that I always wait to have my gifts and keys before I make my giveaways and (SGTools) trains. It's just safer to do so.

I have no knowledge about Tremor and it's keys as I haven't used Tremor to date.

i have like 2-3 Virtual machines specifically for the purpose of visiting unsolicited websites OR running browser scripts. I have privacy concerns and hence don't run any scripts/addons in browser where i access banking websites. Even enhanced steam runs in VM. :D
I am not paranoid, just a bit cautious since i know it ain't very easy to get attacked ;_;

Isn't the state of steam just great.

People buying and giving away in bulk shovelware to people who won't play it, in order to get more shovelware for themselves that they will never play, and maybe farm cards to sell and buy even more shovelware.

Or to buy more CS:GO skins. Or PUBG skins, since that is also getting to the point of ridiculousness.

An explanation and an apology to something you wouldn't personally profit from anyway? I'd say that will cleanse your soul just fine.

Let me consult Francis. Me and him go waaaaaaaaay back.

Yep, he says you're good. The gates are still open for you.

I would never imagine that there can be someone doing this. And the reason is exactly what happened to you. Even one key is not worth the risk. That!'s really crazy. Good luck.

Taking responsibility for mistakes is the adult way to handle a screw up. I'm not surprised people would whitelist for handling a mess up by acknowledging it's your fault (so many people have trouble doing that), being honest about your regret, and wanting to rectify it knowing full well it will be a long road to that happening.

Screwing up isn't great, especially screwing up big, but what someone does afterwards matters too.
