Sounds like they've tagged you for leeching Steam.

Exactly. They want you to buy something at "Steam price" for a change

That does not count, unfortunately.

Yeah, unless you buy something from their store in the past year, they lock some of your account privileges I believe.

You censored your Wallet and number of friends online, but not your account name?

Yes but the account name and name you're using as a screenname don't have to be the same.

-edit- example, i sell you a key for a game, and then contact steam saying i lost my account info, i give them your real steam account name and a proof of purchase for that key and (if this hasn't been fixed yet) I've got access to your account.

I had that problem when the market first launched. simply purchased something and waited 30 days. :\ not much more I could do.

You have to buy from the Steam store to keep selling things on the market, how can you not get this? One game per year, transaction has to be older than 30 days so you can start off

I don't know how that message could be any clearer. You haven't bought anything in over a year, so you've been locked out of the market. To continue trading, you need to buy something and wait 30 days. To avoid the 30 days next year, buy something every 11 months.
