Interesting. I don't have Wavetale, but anyway, I don't see this bundle in the store, probably a regional thing.
Same thing with Togges + The Gunk (which in turn I do own)
[edit] After adding the bundle via steamdb, in the cart it shows it's unavailable in my country. Which is no wonder, since steamdb shows it only has prices set for a few regions, not including mine.

it's not an absolute rule; "Copyright protected media, such as films, ebooks and music, are often covered by different licensing agreements in different countries. Therefore you may not always have access to the same products at the same price in all EU countries." - it only applies to the cases where there are different licensing rights, which is mostly true of "big" games from "big" publishers*, rarely of a random indie game. But I am not an expert, so I'll gladly let the experts ponder on that.
(*) and even then, the rights are often grouped in sub-regions, not specific to one country; and all EU countries excluding PL have EUR prices on Steam.

i do own wavetale, but that bundle isn't showing up.. sometimes it's just not available in my country or something. but just in case it's some dumb steam hiccup, do you have a direct link?
