Waiting time for reciving gifts.

Ok little bit drama, but also i am curious.

I won few days ago in friday and saturday two games. One is Rush Delta Z, where person who created giveaway, still after few days didin't send it. Second is Grand Theft Auto Vice City, also same thing.

But fun fact about second giveaway, that shows in steam profile, he is online but no news etc.

My question is. What is the point of waiting week for gifts? When you can't contact persons who created giveaways, and they even don't care send it.

7 days you need to wait for them to send the gift.

You have posted the question in a wrong place as it is not a big nor a suggestion so kindly move it to general

who forbid you to contact creator ?, it just courtesy not to rush in and shout "GIVE ME MY WIN, I DESERVE IT "

Sometimes people contacted me on steam about sending gifts etc. But here it's quiet.

FAQ:" Please remain patient, and do not contact the giveaway creator during this time. If the gift is not received after one week, you can mark the gift as not received, and attempt to contact the giveaway creator on Steam to follow-up."

I would not shoot anyone who contact me within the 7 days, but on the other hand...rules are rules....and depending on the amount of giveaways some do, even friendly request of part of the winner could be annoying.
