These are just my thoughts, observations and nothing else....

Not sure if I'm right neither want to blame someone, but I really think that there is some formula of winning Giveaways and there is no real random.

Let's start with that I never have 300 P. I mean I always enter Giveaways.

What I get is that I get very stable win rate of 3 games every 2 weeks. 30 days ago I won 3 games in a row. Then no wins for 14 days. Then again win 3 games in a row.... then again 14 days of nothing. Then again I won 2 games in a row in the same day.... than again 14 days of silence.

I was on LVL 0, then I become LVL 1 but this did not change anything. Same stable Win rate of 3 games every 14 days.

This does not sounds like real. Anyone can explain the reason or maybe someone have the same?

Yes, surely, it's absolute random here.
No... it should be, but I have doubts...

Pure luck !!!! The SG.website bot random selects a winner in your case it favoured your account for the short time ,but Karma lays asleep
