I agree, at the very least functionality like all wins activated and no multiple wins should be included in the regular SG giveaways.

There could be an even better solution, if people would be required to fix their mistakes before being allowed to enter new GAs.
That would eliminate the whole problem without any extra changes to GAs or the need for other tools/sites.

I read recently in a SG thread that a Support moderator said that SG Support is getting (more) swamped by a truckload of tickets that are asking to rectify multiple wins because of the SG Tools reqs.
