Steamgifts have a lot of active users, including Joseahfer. Does this mean that you're one of the active users, or that all of the active users are named like you? Similarly, bundles involving non-bundled game doesn't mean there won't be bundled ones.

all the links i keep reading "will include" also. even the latest one. all that "will include a mix of non-bundled" means is at minimum 2x would be never been bundled. i genuinely wish they would of made it "majority" or "most of" in which case you'd be 100% correct on. but unfortunately its like lawyer lingo and they can twist that crap to mean just 2x :/ sry.. i hope they still send you a 8th game anyways due to the confusion though :D

Werent 2 games already bundeled? Town of Salem (Killer Bundle 5 by Bundle Stars & All Stars 5 Bundle by Bundle Stars) and Sheltered (Team 17 The Threequel Bundle by Humble Weekly Bundle). Anyway i stopped my subscription because of this all, 2 bundel games, 1 DRM Free game and a demo. Meeeeeeh.

If you feel the need to resell the games in the bundle it's because you're not interested in them, meaning that the bundle didn't fully satisfy you, HOWEVER external trades will make it worth it , but without trading that bundle would be bad. What humblebundle does is give you a good unlock + another kind of good game in the bundle, the rest is bad usually .... 5$ + 2k keys converted to real money in paypal is 8.80$ .... that means 12-8.80$ = 3.20$ . A DRM FREE game , a demo and 2 already bundled games aren't worth 3.20$ , so you're not getting full value out of it.

This i agree with i mean honestly im not to upset about the whole ordeal while yes i agree if they advertise one thing and provide another they should do something about it. For me a apology would be enough because i am quite please with this bundle over all and just a acknowledgment about it would be great. For all i know they guy who made the email cliched the wrong key, or they did not realize that one of the games was a demo and im sure there are other things that may have happened. So IMO a apology with some sort of explanation that doesn't feel to be complete BS would be nice and i would be fully happy.

I would think you should be more unhappy with the fact they consider a free game part of their bundle. No matter what you think Town of Salem is a free game. The $5 you pay for it on steam is simply buying in-game credits so you can purchase cosmetic upgrades which really only turn you into a target. You can play the game for free at their website and it is cross platform with steam. And actually as i'm typing this the store page no longer says you get in-game credits so i'm not even sure why anyone would buy it rather than play it for free.

I feel these were inaccurate, but I have to agree otherwise: the full gameplay experience is available online, Steam version is just a visual change with the bonus skin you can buy, and achievements. Not to mention that Steam version's client is shit, there is no proper resize, can't remember settings, and there are ingame popup adverts, with the new addition of "share achievement with friends, get money" - while it's an enjoyable game, technically it's a disappoinment even in a BTA, not to mention a monthly.

A demo is still technically a game, just like cookie clicker is a game. So you're wrong in technicality, but not so much the spirit, as including the entire 1st episode rather than just a few levels of a game that wasn't hugely anticipated that is just blatantly there to say 'buy the full game' if you actually want the story does feel a little immoral.

While I find this bundle to be better than the last one, honestly the only one I wanted was the one with Wasteland 2 and Ark... and I missed that one, bought every single one after... and didn't play a single game from them yet. Too busy with work and my own game. And now all these "inconsistencies" appearing... I think I'm just gonna sign out of any further bundles and save me some money.

As a subscriber from the Humble Monthly bundles, I'm very angry with the past monthly. Not only because they put a rebundle game, not because they put a demo game, neither because they put one left game in the bundle. I'm angry because Humble Bundle didn't notify anything about this, and don't reply to my tickets about the 8th game issue.
I open this topic to notify you, because it seems that many people don't take care about this, or don't know about what happen with the last monthly.
We need to be angry, the monthly quality is decreasing (from my point of view) and we need to do something. In last monthly, Humble Bundle sent emails to everyone promoting the September Monthly with "Soma and seven other games", but a demo is NOT a game, it's only a preview of the game.

Humble Bundle owes us a explication, and a extra game. We need to work together to send massive tickets to Support, they should respond to this issue and reward us, the subscriber that continues buying monthlys even the quality of the last seems decreasing.

It has been a week since the September Monthly appear, many solutions have been asked by different methods, we have created threads like this, but nothing. Humble Bundle doesn't take action in the matter, have continued to publish other bundles without taking us into consideration.
They don't respond , don't communicate anything. It's time to ask for refunds, it is the only way we have left, we tried different methods to resolve it, and it hasn't worked .
If you don't want this to happen again, if you want to defend your rights as a consumer to this misleading advertising, you should join and ask for a refund, claim to PayPal or go to your bank and cancel the payment. Official channels don't respond.

Humble Bundle won't add a new game, since they really considered a demo part of the bundle.
Because of my claims to PayPal, they retire all copies activated in Steam. Moreover, I haven't even received a refund. Maybe then receive nothing and stay without copies?
Will we allow that they take off our copies because they have screwed up with the misleading advertising?
It seems that there is still a long road ahead.

Finally Humble Bundle are making refunds for those who aren't conform with it. They may reply with an offer of The Uncertain in their shop, simply answer you want a refund and that's all.
