bought the game "home". having problems and need help!

the game is missing a ton of textures and when i finally got to it i couldnt see my character.

can someone help me?

already tried verifying files and re-installing.

try verifying game files. Library, right click, options menu, somewhere in there.

already verified and when that didn't work i reinstated(which also didn't work).

Verify game cache, if it doesn't help, reinstall game.
