It's because the alienware website is one big clickbait.
You go there for months every day because they promised exclusive keys for level 30+, which they never do.
Then the site lags out hard and only bots get keys. Or you are supposed to get a key and the site is bugged and support won't reply.
I gave up trying, this site is dead to me. :P Well, I just clicked and "You are not allowed access to this content.".
You have better luck getting a key here where 5000 people entered. But luckily you got lucky :)
But well, their loss, I always have a gaming laptop. But I will never consider an alienware one.

Yeah, i will admit tho that its nice when you get dell rewards. I actually used the rewards to buy a samsung 970 evo plus ssd and I use it for my operating system. Its 500gb and is lightning fast. To be honest thats better than any game they might give(which isnt any) lol

Ya...though of holding out for the Day 5 DLC (Descend Beyond)
I'd tried & able to login on the exact time of release timing with stock still abundant but was hesitated at the last minutes cuz aiming for the last day DLC instead.
Now cuz of the time changed & delays or might be random time availability, I'll choose whatever was still available in the current release
