How many games do you have filtered ?
Or be able to hide a game when on it's GA page? If I am on a private GA for a game I want to hide, I have no way to do it unless there happens to be a public GA for that same game.

With that many games already being filtered there are probably not many games to be displayed anyway ;)
But I see where you're coming from, I'm filtering 4.4k games at the moment...

Yes, I am. In the beginning of my steam days I also activated every game I got from bundles because I did not know what else to do with them. Since I discovered steamgifts I'd rather give away games I won't play, even if they have trading cards that I could easily farm. I prefer I rather small collection of games that I'm actually interested in to a huge collection of stuff I will never touch (my backlog is big enoug as is...).

It's not just games though, the potential count includes every single dlc as well as the various packages/collections and even a few humble bundles.

In theory, we can, assuming someone has a key/gift for a removed product and posts it as a giveaway. But in reality, no. Currently the maximum is probably around 10-11k if the 14k figure is ciorrect. But Steam receives over a 100 new titles a week, so the filter count can skyrocket to new heights fast.

I have only one game on my wish list that I haven't 100% completed, but I abandoned that game halfway in because the combat system was too irksome. (I may finish it someday.) So: yes, I enter only with the intent to fully play that game within 8 weeks. :)

That will take years to play them all, and while my account is 8 years old i only started 2 years ago.
I am a collector as in i like games and also believe in preservation (as otherwise them from disappearing forever).
I will definitely try to play all my games eventually.

Though I will say that I typically check out a game's steam page before I hide it and doing that has helped me find a bunch of games I'm interested in. The downside of that is now my wishlist is 288 items long... :/

If it's a game that sounds slightly interesting in the description but has poor reviews I usually just block it.
You mean like rank 'em? I used to but I just gave up after a while after I got in the triple digits haha
