Ditto to what has already been said. To use the current bundle as an example, if you buy it and pay over the average cost then you get Voxatron, The Binding of Isaac, and Blocks That Matter. BoI and Blocks That Matter come grouped together as a single key. Giving away that key would be against the rules (even after the sale is over). Once the sale is over, then giveaways can be done for the entire gift URL so that the person would get everything from the bundle.

Kudos for searching topics on the forum before making one. Unfortunately that topic is old and does not contain the latest rules regarding HiB's.

Only unused URL's are allowed and giveaways for a bundle may only be created after its sale.

so, I won a humble bundle earlier today, and got e-mailed a cd key. i made a support ticked, and a mod told me that the user had been warned and I was ok. so now my question is - do i report the gift as recieved, not recieved, and also, what should i do with the cd key?

hey, i saw a topic, where one of users said, that i can make a private cd key hib giveaway. is it true?
