I think I had a similar issues long time ago and I ended up making new account and then sending the game to my main. I don't know what was bugging. As the others here said, check your paypal balance and the details you have there. Maybe CC is expired or stuff like that.

Are you retarded? How stupid can you be to not put enough money in your paypal to buy a game? I obviously put the right amount, the paypal is legit. "Just wait, it is happens sometime" It happened thrice, yeah I doubt this will go away.

Hello I'm currently having a problem with buying games trough steam, I use paypal, so whenever I enter all the information required for the purchase, and I click "purchase" it gives me this message
"An unexpected error has occurred. Your purchase has not been completed. Please contact Steam Support."
What do I do? This happened twice to me, once during the Black Friday when I tried to buy CS complete, and now when I'm trying to buy Warlock II
