Mount & Blade Collection $7.5 vs $8.75

At first, the M&B Collection came with the new Napoleonic DLC which costs around $8.75.
Now, I noticed that the offer excludes the new DLC and the price is reduced to $7.5 too.

Someone said that Valve is going to remove the new DLC once activated.
What do you think?

I think that regional price in Russia is $3.75

Napoleonic wars just got released, of course its not included.

Nuuvem discounts is almost same as russian prices. A little bit higher.
In russian store it's about $4. (With Napoleon DLC it was about $5)

Well if they remove it they are in their right as at the time that I purchased it to give away on here it already said something along the lines of: *Napoleonic Wars DLC not included
Even if it was their error of putting it in.
