Contributor value suddenly changed

I created 13 giveaways so far. Games given were from bundles. My value was calculated to be $77 and it was at that for 2 weeks but it suddenly changed to $30. My total real value is $215, according to

20% of 215 should be 43, not 30.

Am I missing anything?

Games given were from bundles
If that's the case, it seems like the person responsible for maintaining the bundle list took a long time to update it.

The 20% is added on for the value of a non-bundle game when that is given away, not 20% of all your games given away.

You answered it yourself, the giveaways were from bundles, everyone of them.

The 20% part only kicks in once you start giving away stuff that isn't on the bundle list.
