Yes. It's a vital DLC that allows you to assassinate Gordon Brown and Tony Blair, who survived the centuries and uploaded themselves into a Reaper and are trying to dominate the galaxy, promising education, education, education, but giving us lasers and stupidity instead. It's a noble goal.
