So, I'm thinking of making a blacklist of people who can't enter my giveaways.

Perhaps they've broken group rules, shared puzzle answers etc. something like that.
So, to those users who already have them or support if you're reading this...

  1. Do I need to okay this with support?
  2. If I do need to okay it with support, do I do that through the very busy and so unlikely to get an answer soon support function on the site, or is there another method?
  3. If the blacklisted users continue to enter and win, does that just lead to a re-roll?

Just make a Group and do group only giveaways?
Kicked players can't enter your giveaways anymore (well as long as they don't sync with steamgifts)

I'm in groups and do group giveaways, but I like to do some public and contributor ones too - especially with puzzles.

  1. Yes you do.
  2. Support take about 2-3 days max. Not that long, but most of my tickets (and I have many) have taken a few hours.
  3. Yes.

okaying it with support - I guess that's just the existence of a blacklist and what it's based on? No more detail about those on it

You need to make a ticket so all can verify you've had it approved. Won't take long. If they enter and win, you can reroll based on the blacklsit.

I invited you to my puzzle creators steam group. (noone does giveaways there, group is to discuss Ideas & solutions of puzzles to be created for the forum. People of the group aren't allowed to solve puzzles, when they have been discussed in-depth to prevent cheating)
Hope to see you there :)
