Saints Row 2 (humble bundle), region locked in Germany, how should I give it away?

But if someone from germany enters your giveaway you still have a problem because teh admins won't reroll.

I got this as an answer:

Region restricted giveaways must be properly tagged as such during giveaway creation. You can find more information here. If a region restriction doesn't exist on this site for the key/game then we recommend not making the giveaway as we can't keep rerolling due to the extra work and disappointment it causes.

For this reason we cannot reroll this giveaway. Now you have three options:

• You may acquire an unrestricted key/gift to give to the winner of this giveaway.
• You may accept this giveaway as "not received".
• You may ask us to delete this giveaway. You need the winner's permission. Please ask him if he agrees to delete this giveaway. If so, take a screenshot of the chat, upload it to imgur, then click on "Delete Giveaway" on left column in giveaway page and link your screenshot in Description field. You could also ask the winner to leave a comment on the giveaway page stating he is ok with having the giveaway deleted.
