Actually I used to do that for giveaways but for a couple of years I don't even try to get free games unless it's directly on Steam or maybe Humble Bundle. Guess I'm fed up.

I think you're either a VIP or you're not, I don't think there are different VIP site sections by user. The screenshots I've seen of the promotion show the prices for other games in Euros, so I'm guessing the giveaway is limited to Europe.
