It is actually for anything related to trades (apparently there are also people "trading" Windows licenses). Mainly trades are not supposed to be posted here on steamgifts (at all)
I don't say steamtrades is the way to go with your very special request. It probably is the worst tbh.
There are sites that are specialized for trading card like steamcardexhange.net or various bots that offer automatic trades (You might want to search for a forum post here about people using ASF to trade their cards)
Even though it might be hard to find these cards since they're removed from the market.
