Did u know about this?
You can receive multiple copies if you send it by email (I think). Otherwise you'll need three different accounts to send it to you. So if sending by email doesn't work, tell your friend to trade or gift the two remaining games to two other people or alternate accounts, then have those accounts send you the game via email. Hope that helps. It takes a while but it's doable. The reason you can't get anymore from your friend is because Steam only allows you to gift one specific game to one specific account, once.

I edited my post with more information. I've been through this process before as well.

I just realise about this guys
I'm asking my friend to open 4-pack Rocket league today, then i'll take rest copy RL (*i'm trader btw), but after he send me the gifts Accept Button disable coz i'm already have it in my library.. so i'm trying ask my other friend to accept it (look pict below) theres no option to keep it in inventory after he click accept button.
so the point is after u open 4-pack games, u only can send it to user n redeem it (can't keep it in inventory). other word giftable 1 time.
sorry, if my english rekt :D
