I did Costume Quest around december (christmas-related achievements), and just a few days ago I 100%'d Mark of the Ninja

That's it so far unless you include Super MNC (you shouldnt)

I don't own many games though that I finished on Steam, most games I finished before I bought them on Steam and some games just have boring achievements that nobody should ever bother achieving. Also achievements should be removed at all if they don't actually reward you in game, otherwise it's just a useless medal that you give to your player for something he was supposed to do anyway.

Duke Nukem Forever. Without the DLC.

Bastion and The Walking Dead.

Sleeping Dogs. One of the only games that makes me want to collect all of the achievements. I am missing 4 achievements, 2 of them because I don't own the new DLC yet and the other 2 are for a future DLC.

The other game is Fallout New Vegas (minus DLC) on the xbox

I don't think I have any like that. I have all but one achievement for Half Life 2, but I know I'm not going to do a play through just to get all of the lambda signs in the game, so I doubt I'll ever get that one.

PLANTS VS ZOMBIES

Dungeon Defenders, as it's the only game i found worthwhile getting all the achievements, plus i stopped playing at some point, and the game got new achievements after that (which i obviously didn't get since i didn't play the game as much anymore).

The only thing you achieve with 100% is an OCD diagnosis :P

I like achievements, but I think them as an extra and nothing more, so I take them all only if I really like the game and only if they aren't too difficult to get (like some of the Super Meat Boy no-death runs). Here's the games I have all achievements so far:
