duke nukem dlc

i won a code for the dlc off here and steam says i already own it after redeeming the code but it doesnt show up and this site still lets me bid. any ideas whats wrong?

  1. Verify it really is a code for what you were expecting it to be. The product activation screen will tell you following a failed activation.
  2. If it is, look at your Licenses + Subscriptions.
  3. Figure out if and why you already have the DLC.
