From comics: Miller's Daredevil (don't get me started on Netflix DD) and Xmen's Rogue (not movie Rogue for obvious reasons)
From movies: Nolan's Batman and Avengers' Scarlet Witch is pretty badass (although so OP they had to nerf her in Cap 3)
Not a fan of Gadot's Wonder Woman or that movie but I'm ok living in the minority.

Yeah that's part of my problem with it. I swear they say she's beautiful so many times in the movie, it's like they all have Tourette's lol

I did actually. Good movie. None of these ladies were cute cute (my point being they were both strong women and cute is diminutive of who they were) and they didn't exactly look like their movie counterparts in real life, but interesting story and characters.

Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy and Wonder Woman are some of my favorite super hero movies!
As for my favorites, they vary by medium. For comics, I always loved Spawn, and Psylocke was really cool. For cartoons, I loved Gambit and Rogue. For TV Shows, Daredevil - there's not really a good female superhero that I've liked from TV, which is a shame. For movies... movies are tough because it's as much about the actor as the character. I'll go with Iron Man and Wonder Woman.

I've always preferred heroes that can teleport. David Rice (from Jumper books) would be great since he has no mutant abnormalities. Dr. Strange has some extra abilities that would be okay but unnecessary for me, not to mention the whole protecting the universe thing being a lot of responsibility to carry around. Nightcrawler (from X-Men) would be okay I suppose. I'm sure there are many more heroes that can teleport but I'm not familiar with too many.
