I think there is 3 Quest daily. Discovery Queue, View your Friend Activity page. Those are the 2 I finished, not sure what the last one is.

I know that. I want to know if going to the Store Page then clicking on the top banner is the only way to see my sticker book.

What do you mean? Exploring your Queue two times will give you two summer sale cards. You can also obtain summer sale cards by spending more than 10 USD.
Obtain stickers by completing daily quests which are located under the sticker book. Click on the quests to go to the objectives and receive a sticker pack. Go to your sticker book and unwrap your sticker packs to fill the book.

Oh, ok. Yeah 2 cards this time. After exploring my discovery queue the second time Steam told me to come back the next day to earn more cards.

when you go to store page on the top left side you have "edit your preferences" just click it :)
