Edit: I've now gone through every SplatterCatGaming playlist looking for this game, but nothing's come up.
Also I don't see anything that could be used as a hint in this image really, the image is too low res to read most of the text and the text that can be read is as generic as 'house' or 'supplies'. these kinds of puzzles are really fun -_-
