That's a first. UPlay support being effective. Their standards are usually worst than Steam support.

That is real cool, It always cool when the support of a website help out, I remember Steam Support helping me out and It gave them very good impression from my perspective!

If you really want to know i used it when I downloaded(pirate) watch dogs to give it a try and I read that they don't recommend to use your main account to play the game. The account was log in for a while and I forgot to log off I didn't open the game again since a few days before the realise of the game.

I assumed as much.
If they were observant, by following the trail you just made with the code (and drawing attention to your IP address as a result of the support ticket, as I doubt you flushed), they now know of your main account. Better hope nothing was logged in case they work it out.

I think They dont recive just a few tickets to be that that much of an observant. I mean imaging that you farm cards,(i dont) automaticly you cant create a support ticket because they search you and your ip and they will ban you if you do, it cant be like that. I didnt even open the game on that account.

Is that SHEER sarcasm I see dripping off that topic title?

hey, through what method did you put in a ticket? I did earlier this year both in their support forums and PM to their facebook(as they requested) about a very similar situation but they couldn't do anything. they did tell me they were trying to push a feature of linking accounts together in the future though.
It's likely too late for me now but if you could help any further I would appreciate it
Think I'm about to try and reopen mine and reference to this thread..

Well here is the story, I recently bought on sale on steam Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon and when I intalled the game obviuosly it opened uplay and asked me to put the code, I put it right away,(i was in a little rush and I was not even gonna play it on that moment) but then I realised that i made a huge mistake, i was log in on other account that i own that doesn's have games and i use it to tried something(doesn't matter) but i forgot to log off. I searched on the whole internet if i can transfer the game to my main account but in all places they said that it cant be done and i read on the window to put the code that the game activate permanetly and I was truly upset about it but I created a support ticket anyway(I was hoping nothing to happen after all I read) but now they replied to me and revoked the key from that account and send my the key of the game to use it again, I was so happy I didn't expect a thing to happen really but now I have my game and they resolved my problem. I retracted all I all my thoughts about uplay, they are amazing they made my day really. Sorry for my english.
